NYS Clean Heat (the big one)

Administered by your utility (Con Edison or NYSEG in most of Westchester).   • Air-source heat pump (whole home): typically $2,000–$8,000 depending on heating capacity and whether you remove fossil-fuel backup.

Federal 25C tax credit

Inflation Reduction Act HEEHRA rebates

NY's HEEHRA program (income-qualified) launched in 2024 and is rolling out by region. For households under 80% of area median income, up to $8,000 off a heat pump install. 80–150% AMI gets 50% off. Above 150% AMI: federal credit only.
